I chose this class because I’ve always had an interest in film and production. Throughout this course I would like to gain more skills in filming videos and editing with advanced resources. Overall, I hope to become a better filmmaker and editor.

Review of a few Camera Angles in the movie Carrie (1976)
Carrie (1976 Film) Produced by Paul Monash and adapted from Stephen King's novel I chose to comment on a few of the camera angles in the 1976 movie "Carrie" because I personally find old movies entertaining/fascinating. I find the themes, the acting, and the production of old movies interesting. Carrie was the first old movie that stuck with me for having the strangest theme, funniest acting, and the oddest production. Inspiration for our Genre
My group decided on action/ adventure for the genre of the film opening that we will soon produce. In this blog post, I will be discussing the general rundown of what our genre is, why our group agreed on this film genre and my personal opinion about our topic. I will also be including examples of movies that helped come to this choice. Action/Adventure films are exciting stories, with new experiences or exotic locales. They are designed to provide an action-filled, energetic experience for the film viewer to live vicariously through the travels, conquests, explorations, creation of empires, struggles and situations that confront the main characters, actual historical figures or protagonists. The two genres separately are very different and each attracts the viewers to watch more. This had a huge impact on the reason we picked these genres.
